Vikram Jeet Singh, born at Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, India on the 9th of March, 1988. Belongs to a typical middle class Indian family. His father, Er. Satbir Singh, retired as an Assistant Engineer (Electrical) with the HP State Electricity Board and mother, Mrs. Kulbinder Kaur, a housewife.

Vikram did his schooling from the ECI Chalet Day School, Shimla Public and the St. Edwards Schools in Shimla. Achieved many awards and prizes during his school time.
The first time that he got hands on his personal computer was in the 10th standard when his father purchased the machine as reward for excellent performance in 9th standard.

Soon got his interest build up in the field of computers and emerged as a North India topper in the subject - 'Programming in Computer Science with  C++' during the Class 12 ISC board exams.

Then completed B.Tech in Information Technology with honours from the Himachal Pradesh University Institute of Information Technology. Was the youngest in India to be selected as a Microsoft's Student Partner in the very first year of Engineering. His performance was appreciated by one and all. His talent was recognised even by the LeadCap Ventures when they selected him among the only 20 young minds from all over India in June 2009.
